# Rundongfang Evaporative Air Coolers Type A, B, C: Air Discharge Modes and Common Specifications

Rundongfang evaporative air coolers come with three different air discharge modes: bottom discharge (Type A), side discharge (Type B), and top discharge (Type C). Among them, Type A bottom discharge is the most commonly used. The installation mode can be selected according to design requirements; it does not occupy usable floor space, the main unit installation takes up only a small area of window space, does not affect natural lighting, and is suitable for almost all building structures.

**Rundongfang Evaporative Air Cooler — Top Discharge**

The top discharge outlet is located at the top of the air cooler. Generally, the top-discharge unit is installed parallel to the window, then connected with two duct joints, and the cool air blown out from the top of the unit is delivered indoors through air ducts.

**Rundongfang Evaporative Air Cooler — Bottom Discharge**

The bottom discharge outlet is located at the bottom of the Rundongfang evaporative air cooler. Generally, a bottom-discharge unit is installed directly above the window, then connected to a duct joint, and the cool air is delivered indoors through the window.

**Rundongfang Evaporative Air Cooler — Side Discharge**

Side discharge means the air cooler has an air outlet on the side of the unit. However, it differs from top and bottom discharge: the top- and bottom-discharge units have four cooling pads, while the side-discharge unit has only three. Therefore, at the same power, its cooling effect is reduced by about 1/4.

The choice of air discharge mode for a factory workshop should be determined based on the actual conditions of your facility.

**Common Rundongfang Evaporative Air Cooler Models**:
