# Evaporative Air Cooler Series 18 with Top Air Discharge

The full range of Rundongfang permanent magnet evaporative air coolers supports a customizable master-slave intelligent linkage control system — a patented product independently developed in-house.

Rundongfang offers customers a 26000 m³/h air volume permanent magnet evaporative air cooler. Also known as an environmental air conditioner, evaporative air cooler, water air conditioner, or water-cooled central air conditioner, it is a cooling and ventilation unit that integrates cooling, ventilation, dust prevention, and odor removal. In addition to delivering fresh air and lowering temperatures in factory workshops, public venues, and commercial entertainment spaces, the environmental air conditioner has another key advantage — energy saving and environmental protection! This is an all-new green product with no compressor, no Freon, and no copper tubing. Its key components are the evaporative cooling pad (a multi-layer corrugated fiber composite) and a 1.1KW main motor, consuming only 1/8 of the electricity used by traditional air conditioners, delivering genuine energy savings across all industries.

The Rundongfang patented intelligent centralized control system is a multi-unit control system that integrates one master unit with up to 32 slave units. Through the master unit’s touchscreen, it enables single-unit control, zone control, and full control. The core cooling component of RunDongFang air conditioners is a high-efficiency evaporative wet curtain—”natural multi-layer corrugated plant fiber composite.” Based on the natural physical principle that “water evaporation absorbs heat, and evaporation area affects evaporation efficiency,” the fan delivers air into the room while outdoor fresh air passes through the water-soaked wet curtain, where the air fully contacts the water and absorbs sensible heat from the air. This achieves cooling, ventilation, dust removal, and increased indoor oxygen content, making it especially suitable for high-temperature and crowded environments.

Reference air change rates for various settings
Definition of air change rate:

Air change rate (times/hour) = Total indoor supply air volume (m3/h) ÷ [Indoor area (㎡) × Indoor height (m)];
General environments require an air change rate of 30-40 times per hour;
Crowded public places require an air change rate of 30-40 times per hour;
Crowded, high-temperature locations or production workshops require an air change rate of 40-50 times per hour;
High-temperature production workshops with severe pollution require an air change rate of 50-60 times per hour;
In the more humid southern regions, the air change rate should be appropriately increased, while in the hotter northern regions it can be appropriately reduced.

The calculation of the number of units depends on the type of air outlet required on site;
The selection of models and quantities offers flexibility based on site conditions;
Number of units required = Site volume × Air change rate ÷ Actual air supply volume of the unit;
Spot cooling should be selected separately according to actual conditions, and the total air volume can be appropriately reduced;
Indoor air supply ducts must match the model of the air cooler. Based on the actual installation environment and the required number of air outlets,
