- **Inquiry and quotation data** — when you submit a contact form, request a quote or message us on WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, country, phone number and the details you provide (for example building area, ceiling height, heat sources, target quantity, destination port).
- **Business correspondence** — emails, WhatsApp messages and call records related to your inquiry, quotation or order.
- **Order data** — for purchases made through our online checkout, billing details, shipping address and order history required to produce, ship and document your consignment.
