On March 18, 2023, Guangdong RDF Company’s first national dealer conference was grandly held at the Muisi Sleep Hotel in Guangdong. Dealer representatives from across the country were invited to attend, gathering with Guangdong RDF Company to discuss development plans for the new year and sound the charge toward new opportunities.
Since its founding in 2012, over more than 4,100 days of shared trials and triumphs, Guangdong RDF Company (hereinafter “Guangdong RDF”) has championed a modern corporate spirit of low-carbon, energy-saving and environmental protection, focusing on customer needs, caring about the sustainable development of both its customers and itself, and pursuing technological innovation and excellence. After years of dedicated work in the industry, it has now grown into a leader in industry innovation.
Mr. Wen Weihua, Chairman of Guangdong RDF, delivered the opening address at the conference, extending a warm welcome to the attending leaders, guests, partners and dealers. Chairman Wen stated that the company’s groundbreaking achievements in 2022 would not have been possible without everyone’s support, and he thanked all RDF staff, dealers and partners for their care, support and trust.
Mr. Qin Jiwei, Deputy General Manager and Technical Director of Guangdong RDF Company, first presented the new products: intelligent water flow protection, permanent magnet direct-drive environmentally friendly air conditioners, and smart IoT connectivity. He then shared insights on large industrial fans, noting that the company’s positioning would attract corresponding customers—projects that may not be highly profitable but can bring major clients and premium resources.
Afterwards, Mr. Hong Weishao, General Manager of Guangdong RDF’s Low-Carbon Air Conditioning Division; Mr. Le Jiawen, Sales Manager of Shenzhen Hechang Company; Mr. Feng Tiexin, General Manager of Anhui Xincheng; and Mr. Wu Xiansong, General Manager of Guangdong Hechang Company, respectively shared their insights and experience on topics including “Applications of Low-Carbon Air Conditioning and Differences from Traditional Air Conditioning Products,” “Bidding for Large Projects,” “Brand and Team Collaboration for Win-Win Results,” and “Using New Technologies, New Products + Intelligent Control to Secure Large Projects.”
The new ideas and strategies inspired many dealers. In the strong atmosphere of exchange and planning, participants shared knowledge with one another and expressed full confidence in future development.
Guangdong RDF has always been committed to building closer, more united and more dynamic manufacturer-dealer relationships. To express gratitude to dealer partners and better encourage and inspire everyone’s confidence, the conference featured an awards ceremony with seven major honors: “2023 Dealer Authorization Certificates,” “Best Presentation Award,” “2022 Annual Progress Award,” “Best Newcomer Award,” “Outstanding Cooperation Award,” “Best Integrity Award,” and the “Annual Champion, Runner-Up and Third Place Awards,” to recognize the dealer partners who performed exceptionally well in the shared business over the past year.
Hard work brings rewards. After Chairman Mr. Wen Weihua delivered his concluding remarks, he joined other award presenters to confer the “2023 Dealer Authorization Certificates,” “Best Presentation Award,” “2022 Annual Progress Award,” “Best Newcomer Award,” “Outstanding Cooperation Award,” “Best Integrity Award,” and the “Annual Champion, Runner-Up and Third Place Awards,” among others—a recognition and encouragement of the contributions individuals and teams have made to the company’s development.
Representatives of the award-winning units and award recipients were also interviewed by the media.
In 2023, opportunities and challenges coexist. As an industry leader, RDF Company will continue to work hand in hand with dealers and partners to offer the market more competitive and higher-quality products and services with broader reach, meeting the diverse needs of the market.
All things are awakening, and with the pandemic behind us, a promising spring lies ahead. The annual national dealer conference once again brought together elites from all directions to pool wisdom, make plans together, and chart a beautiful blueprint for the future. The past is but a prologue; looking ahead, the road is long and the responsibility great, but confidence runs high. It is believed that under the far-sighted strategic leadership of Chairman Mr. Wen Weihua, Guangdong RDF Company will embark on a new journey, create new value and achieve new glory.
